About Me 

I am a registered Holistic Clinical Nutritionist with more than 20 years of experience in the natural health and wellness industry, and a passion that extends from my own journey with chronic health challenges due to auto-immunity.

Through the years of combined studies and life experience, I have explored and integrated the various modalities of Holistic Health and wellness from an early age. Beginning from my own health journey, which pathed the way to my clinical practice as a qualified Functional Health Practitioner which has influenced my Holistic Health Practice with these fundamental views:

​

1. Gut health is the centre of much of our wellbeing,

2. Our whole body, mind, emotions and soul need to be addressed holistically to achieve successful, long-term healing, and 

3. Conventional medicine, although sometimes life-saving, does not always provide the answers or treatment for every health issue, especially chronic health issues.

With this holistic mindset and practice, I continue to be rewarded by witnessing amazing improvements of my clients health journey's over the years, which encourages me to grow in my passion for research in the field of Holistic Medicine, including areas of Nutritional Medicine with a large focus on Gut Microbiome, Nutrigenomics for preventative medicine and functional testing that I conduct with reputable functional medicine laboratories both in Australia and overseas. My aim is to provide maximum health benefits to my clients and the rest of the world through educating and guiding them to make mindful choices for their own unique body, and equip them for a life full of health, wellness and vitality.
